basically use the Montessori method to encourage independence, curiosity, and a

Montessori
Director Mrs. Swathi L Reddy leads our Montessori program with passion and
dedication. With years of experience in the field, she holds a Montessori
certification and is committed to providing a nurturing environment for young
learners. Her teaching philosophy revolves around promoting independence and
curiosity in every child. In her free time, Mrs Swathi
L Reddy enjoys reading and travelling. “Every child is unique, and it’s our responsibility to help them
discover their strengths.”
Math
Foundation Stage School - Head Teacher With a B.Com, B.Ed., and Montessori
training, Mrs. Lakshmi Tapasvi specialises in
laying strong math foundations for our younger students. She thinks that
practical games and exercises may make math interesting and accessible. In her
spare time, she enjoys painting and exploring new teaching methods. “Math is everywhere. Helping children see it
in their everyday lives is what excites me.”
Academic
Coordinator Mrs Suma holds an M.A., B.Ed., and a Diploma in Primary Montessori.
As the Academic Coordinator, she ensures that Montessori principles are
integrated into the curriculum effectively. Her work focuses on supporting
teachers and students to create a seamless learning experience. Her interests
include curriculum design and early childhood education.
Math
Teacher – Preparatory Stage School, Creya Coordinator Mrs Nafisathul Misriya holds a B.Tech., MBA, and
Montessori training. She teaches math to young learners and coordinates the
Creya program, providing STEM-based learning experiences. Her innovative
teaching methods help students grasp math concepts through hands-on activities.
In her free time, she enjoys solving puzzles and coding.
Foundation
Stage - Kannada Teacher Holding an M.Com. And NTT with Montessori training,
Mrs. Jayshree teaches Kannada to the youngest learners. She uses music, games,
and interactive exercises to introduce Kannada in a fun and engaging way. Her
hobbies include singing and organising cultural events.
Preprimary
Teacher Mrs. Sumeetha holds a B.E. and a Post Graduate Diploma in Montessori
Training. She is passionate about teaching early learners and believes in
creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore and learn.
